How does the organization support your career growth?

For me personally, this has been huge. My supervisor and superintendent are very supportive of my development and hopefully, in the future, I could return the favour to the next “young bull” as I would like to reach superintendent level one day.

What is something unique about your work location?

We are all “mates,” so to speak. We rally as a team at the end of the day to help anyone who hasn’t finished their job, so that no one has to stay late and we can all head out together.
